Influenced both by the landscape and small natural forms, Alison Bole seeks to create abstract sculptural pieces that contain elements of these areas.
Alison normally works on a commission basis to create original pieces of sculpture, generally in stone but occasionally in wood and also bronze.
The sizes range from small indoor pieces to larger outdoor items. The tactility of her work is important to Alison, as she wishes people to experience the work through touch as well as by sight and to interact with it.
