Ceir Beeswax
Originally from Co. Fermanagh, Monica McCormick has settled near Kilnaleck in Co. Cavan where she had been engaged in the craft of beekeeping for over ten years.
Monica thus became interested in the healing powers of honey and its byproducts, one of which is beeswax. Using an old recipe, Monica has created a moisturising cream with the beeswax from her own hives, the beeswax naturally contains traces of pollen, propolis and honey, all of which have curative properties. The cream helps retain the skins natural moisture and also can help alleviate conditions such as eczema and dermatitis.
Monica also makes 100% pure beeswax candles which have a clean pure smell and burn brightly.
